Salesforce provides this service so that you have access to high-quality medical care and are able to achieve better health outcomes.
If someone in your family is in need of care from Grand Rounds, you will need to add them to your account. Here’s how to do that:
Grand Rounds is fully covered by Salesforce and available at no cost to you and your family members. Simply enter your information and Grand Rounds will waive all registration fees. Plan guidelines will apply for any treatments as a result of the Expert Opinion.
Once you get started with Grand Rounds, a member from your Care Team will reach out to you to learn about your exact needs. They will then take care of all the logistics of your case, from finding the right doctor to collecting your medical records. After you have received guidance from a Grand Rounds doctor, your Care Team will follow up with you to answer any questions and make sure your needs have been met, and start any additional cases if necessary.

Grand Rounds physicians are selected on a number of different criteria, such as their institution, training, patient outcomes and procedure volumes. As a result, Grand Rounds connects you with only high-quality doctors that specialize in your exact area of need.
Most physicians are highly receptive to receiving another opinion on a complicated medical issue. You should not be concerned about offending your local physician as their primary goal is to help you get better, and this opinion is simply an additional resource to do so. In accordance with HIPAA, any personal health information (PHI) you share with Grand Rounds is confidential and not shared with your employer or any other 3rd party. Your PHI is available only to you, your Care Team, and your Grand Rounds physician.
Grand Rounds is not affiliated with your insurance, and operates separately to guide your ongoing care. The goal of Grand Rounds is to provide you with useful information about your health so that you receive proper treatment.
The last four digits of your SSN are needed to confirm both your identity when creating an account and your eligibility for the Grand Rounds benefit.
